Refund Policy

Please refer to Terms of Use for cancellation of a delivery service order.

Full money will be refunded for unsuccessful delivery (not attributable to the customer) or order cancelled and notified to the Company 2 Hours prior to the pick-up time for delivery. The refund shall be subject to deduction of applicable statutory levy, if applicable.

No refund shall be made with respect to cancellation, if Tasker reached the pickup location.

Refund shall be made to the same source from which it was made e.g., bank account (in case of net banking) and credit card (in case of credit card payment)

All credit cards refunds are subject to applicable transaction charges.

Company will endeavour to refund the refundable amount within 15 to 20 working days.
